At Gems by Hoda , each piece is carefully handcrafted and often made to order. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prepare your jewelry with care.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 3–7 business days.
Made-to-order or custom pieces: Please allow 7–14 business days before dispatch for production.
If your order includes multiple items with different processing times, it will ship once all items are complete.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship via trusted local and international carriers. Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
