At Gems by Hoda, we offer two distinct types of pieces, each with its own story, process, and delivery timeline.

Understanding the difference helps you choose what suits your needs and expectations best.

Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom-crafted, made just for you.

These are designs that can be recreated based on your preferences. You choose the ring size, stone type, and we craft it especially for you, one piece at a time.

 Production Time

   -Takes up to 10 business days to be handmade

   -Each piece is crafted individually with care and attention to detail

 Shipping

   -Shipping takes an additional 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location and      courier

Returns & Exchanges

   -Not eligible for return or exchange, as each item is custom-made.

   -However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out , we’ll do our best to resolve it promptly

One-of-a-Kind Ready Pieces

Unique, unrepeatable, ready to ship.

These are exclusive, designs that are already made. They are not customizable and won’t be recreated, what you see is truly one of a kind.

 Shipping Time

   -Dispatched within 2 to 7 business days.

   -Exact delivery time depends on the courier and your location.

 Returns

   -Eligible for return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unused and in original condition

كيفية الطلب وأنواع المجموعات

في Gems by Hoda، نقدم نوعين مميزين من القطع، لكلٍ منهما قصته الخاصة، وطريقته في التصنيع، والمدة الزمنية اللازمة لإعداده.

فهم الفارق بينهما يساعدك في اختيار ما يناسب احتياجاتك وتوقعاتك بدقة.

 القطع المصنوعة حسب الطلب

(موجودة في الموقع تحت اسم By order)

تصاميم تُنفّذ خصيصًا من أجلك.
هذه القطع قابلة لإعادة التصنيع وفقًا لتفضيلاتك. يمكنك اختيار المقاس المناسب، ونوع الحجر، وسيتم تنفيذها خصيصًا لك، قطعة واحدة في كل مرة.

مدة الإنتاج:

يتم تنفيذ الطلب خلال 10 أيام عمل كحد أقصى-

تُصنع كل قطعة يدويًا بعناية واهتمام بأدق التفاصيل-

الشحن:

الشحن يستغرق ما بين 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل إضافية، بحسب موقعك وشركة الشحن المستخدمة-

الاسترجاع والاستبدال:

غير متاحة، نظرًا لأن كل قطعة تُصنع حسب الطلب-

لكن في حال حدوث أي مشكلة، يرجى التواصل معنا، وسنبذل أقصى جهد لحلها بسرعة-

القطع الجاهزة والفريدة

تصاميم فريدة، جاهزة للشحن، لا تُعاد ولا تُكرّر.
هذه القطع مصممة ومصنوعة مسبقًا، ولا يمكن تعديلها أو إعادة إنتاجها. ما تراه هو القطعة الوحيدة من نوعها فعلًا.

مدة الشحن:

تُشحن خلال 2 إلى 7 أيام عمل-

وتعتمد مدة التوصيل الفعلية على شركة الشحن وموقعك الجغرافي-

الاسترجاع:

متاح خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام-

.بشرط أن تكون القطعة غير مستخدمة، وفي حالتها الأصلية تمامًا-
